Professional background

France Fractional Invest is led by Pierre Guillery, a 43-year network economy consultant and entrepreneur.

Raised near Paris, educated in the United-States (BSBA, MBA University of Hartford, Connecticut), Pierre Guillery is fully bilingual, having lived and worked in London (England) and Dublin (Ireland) for many years he understands US and British buyers' expectations - from first-hand experience.

Pierre has both marketing and real estate experience. As a consultant, his daytime-job is to open up new markets, understand consumers' needs and structure new offers. That's how he has been able to spot the fractional ownership opportunity in Europe.

On the real estate side, since 2005 he has been working with the Bouygues group (one of the world's leading developer) to develop a family landholding near Paris. He is also the promoter of the Domaine du Stang project (an equestrian estate with fractional owneship).

Among past clients: the Britsh Department of Trade & Industry (DTI,now BERR), Orange, Air Liquide, British Telecom.
